I am an experienced and intuitive trainer, having delivered much training in Emotional Literacy to various professionals in Health and Education. I have also worked with counselling colleagues on
Working Creatively with Clients and Working with Children and Teenagers. My training sessions are experiential and participatory in nature, building on trainees experience and encouraging reflection,
building their confidence to use what they know and developing their own creativity and intuition.

Supervision - New vision - Over- vision - Re-vision - Francesca Inskipp, 1999
I have much experience of Clinical Supervision from my years in the NHS and continue to believe in the value of reflective practice. Regular supervision can facilitate much learning and
self-awareness in giving the practitioner space to reflect, review and renew. This could be the process of building self confidence in existing skills or expanding their knowledge base.
I use a person-centred approach, aiming to work collaboratively with the practitioner or with groups. This can be a challenging but also a supportive process.
I have a Diploma in Supervision from CSTD Bath
“Supervision is essential to how practitioners sustain good practice throughout their working life”
